The Ten Commandments For Social Media Posting

In the previous blog post we touched upon using social media to get more clients.  To follow is what I call the Ten Commandments For Social Media Posting, which are based upon years of engagement and also from several other sources I have learned from over the years.  Following these guidelines will help you post better content that reaches more users (clients) and bring them to you in greater numbers.

10 COMMANDMENTS FOR SOCIAL MEDIA POSTING

1  Every post must have a photo INCLUDING blog posts
2  Every post CANNOT contain more than 750 words INCLUDING blogs and FB
3  Every post must have HASHTAGS
4  Every post photo must be bold, well-lit, sharp, engaging
5  Every post must have content, NOT ADVERTISING
6  Every post must have a call to action and ONLY ONE call to action
7  Every post must have DIGITAL BREADCRUMBS and a URL link to the website
8  Every post should attempt to ask a question, entertain, or engage
9  Every post commented upon must be answered immediately

10 Every post must have the company LOGO and the company SLOGAN

These are not all-inclusive, but they are a very good start, and I have found them to be quite effective whenever putting together social media content.

Until next time, keep serving your clients and for your clients!
